Lab Members

Dr. Trevor Pugh is a cancer genomics researcher with expertise in computational and wet laboratory aspects of human genome analysis. He is appointed as Scientist and Lead, Clinical Genomics Program at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and an Assistant Professor in the University of Toronto Department of Medical Biophysics. He also spends a portion of his time as a clinical molecular geneticist supporting diagnostic testing in the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre’s Advanced Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory. Prior to joining the Princess Margaret, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT. While in Boston, he also trained as a Clinical Molecular Geneticist at Harvard Medical School and certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics. Originally from Canada, he received his PhD from the University of British Columbia and trained at the BC Cancer Agency.
